College Council will be in session on April 16th at 4:15 p.m. in the Founders Room, McConnell Center.
Attendance and Check-In
College Council meetings are open to current ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ faculty, staff and students only. A check-in table will be open from 3:45-4:15pm in the McConnell main floor lobby area and attendees must show a current ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ I.D. (or science faculty I.D.) card to gain entry to the meeting. Voting members will also need to provide a ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ I.D. (or science faculty I.D. for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½-voting science faculty) to pick up their paper ballots. To avoid delay, you are encouraged to arrive early for check-in.
Regarding recordings and media presence
Please note that the meeting minutes shall serve as the only record of the meeting. No recording or media presence will be permitted.
Agenda materials will be shared with students, faculty, and staff prior to this meeting.
