ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ and The Claremont Colleges Network

As a ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ student, your professional network extends well beyond one campus. Through the Claremont Colleges consortium, you are part of a 7C community that includes five undergraduate colleges and two graduate institutions.

This means expanded access to alumni, employers, events, workshops, and professional connections across:

  • ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½
  • Pomona College
  • Claremont McKenna College
  • Harvey Mudd College
  • Scripps College
  • Claremont Graduate University
  • Keck Graduate Institute

Explore key tools to help you tap into both the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ network and the broader 7C community.

7C Networking Tools

The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Professional Directory (PPD) is a searchable database of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ alumni and current parents who have volunteered to connect with students for career exploration and networking.

Students can search by industry, profession, organization, location, and ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ major to identify individuals who may be open to informational conversations. Because the PPD is built specifically for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ students, it offers a supportive and accessible starting point for outreach.

Accessing the PPD:

  • Juniors and seniors are granted automatic access through their MyCampus2 portal.
  • First-years and sophomores can gain access after meeting with a Career Advisor.

If you are unsure about your access, Career Services can help.

is the world’s largest professional networking platform. It allows you to create an online professional profile that highlights your education, experience, skills, and interests.

Finding Alumni Across the 7Cs on LinkedIn

Use the Alumni Tool

You can repeat this process for each of the 7C institutions to explore an even broader professional network.

Students may request to join alumni groups, such as "" group, to increase visibility into alumni profiles and networking opportunities.

Join the PZ Alumni, Student, and Family Career Network

Students are also encouraged to join the “ group on LinkedIn.

Members can:

  • Share job, internship, and event opportunities
  • Ask about career paths or graduate school experiences
  • Request informational interviews or job shadowing
  • Seek feedback on resumes or portfolios
  • Offer guidance to students exploring specific industries

Connections in this group are self-facilitated, meaning students can directly reach out to other members to begin a conversation.
